All B&T Inspections, Inc. inspectors have extensive background in construction and related trades. They also undergo ongoing intensive training specifically for home inspections and related testing procedures.

All B&T Inspections, Inc. inspectors are in full compliance with the Pennsylvania Home Inspection Law (Act 114) and are members of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) or NAHI (National Association of Home Inspectors). We are fully licensed and insured.

B&T Inspections, Inc. is one of the few approved FHA Construction Inspectors for Dauphin, Cumberland, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry, York and Adams counties.
